Through the GLEDIS project, BCM aims to strengthen its presence in key strategic markets, including the United Kingdom, the United States, China and Taiwan, Turkey, Australia, and South Africa. By adopting an integrated approach, the company seeks to enhance its global competitiveness, develop new business opportunities, and build long-term relationships. The project includes participation in major international trade fairs such as MYS and METSTrade, the organization of events and targeted communication activities, as well as the implementation of advanced technologies, including a cloud-based CRM system, to optimize customer management and support international expansion.
